We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and fragrance information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. Not liking a fragrance, its performance, or its scent profile does not qualify as a defect or reason for return.

Minor variations in packaging, color, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

3. Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate customer information.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time without prior notice.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable order amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier or other external circumstances may be outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All fragrance products sold by ScentAvenue are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where a product is received damaged, defective, leaked, or is different from the product ordered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

Any replacement or other resolution will be provided only after the issue has been reviewed and verified by ScentAvenue.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal fragrance preference
• Disliking the scent
• Performance expectations
• Incorrectly selected product
• Products that have been opened, used, sprayed, altered, or damaged after delivery

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched, subject to our cancellation policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special deals may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
